MISCELLANEOUS:
The Site is not directed towards children or minors under the age of 18.
You
agree that this Policy and your agreement to it, for all purposes,
shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any principles of
conflict of laws, and any action based on or alleging a breach of this
Agreement must be brought in a state or federal court in North
Carolina. In addition, both parties agree to submit to the
exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. This
Agreement is and always will be governed by the laws of the United
States of America and the state of North Carolina (except with respect
to choice of law).
The non-enforcement or waiver of any
provision of this Policy by The Learning Together Company shall not
constitute a waiver of such provision on any other occasion(s) unless
expressly so agreed in writing. If any provision of this Policy
is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under present or future
laws, then and in that event, it is the intention that the remainder of
the Policy shall not be affected thereby.
