GET READY FOR SUMMER!
Make summer 2024 a positive game changer…
What are your students doing this summer? Many educational leaders worry that negative trends originating in the pandemic will be exacerbated – struggling students will continue to fall farther behind their peers, social and emotional gaps will grow wider, and students will return next fall more disconnected than ever. Facing extraordinary personnel shortages, some districts are so focused on restaffing that they may pass on summer school altogether.
Instead of focusing on what is wrong, we want to help make the summer 2024 a positive game changer for the students who need it the most! Learning Together has adapted our highly effective Strengths Academy™ and Reading Together™ programs to maximize student support during this pivotal summer.
Every day of summer can be a learning day! Strengths Academy is fully digital, organized to seamlessly transition from in-classroom summer school to extended, self-paced at-home learning that keeps students engaged all summer.
School to Home: Teachers can begin lessons in a traditional limited-time summer school classroom, and then send home an extended plan to continue learning right up until the start of fall classes.
Extended Learning All Summer Long: Lessons can be supervised remotely by a teacher; guided at home by an interested family member or community volunteer; or be self-directed by engaged students.
Summer Learning for Students Who Don’t Attend Summer School: Lessons also can be sent home as a standalone supplemental program for students who are not able to attend an in-classroom summer program.
SPECIAL SUMMER LICENSING reduces costs, providing an exceptional value and allowing your district to best meet the needs of your students. Learning Together also can help you connect Strengths Academy to your existing district learning initiatives and support parent engagement in the At-Home programs.
